  • We are willing to pack and ship out your orders via USPS/FedEx/UPS at your expense, it should be an option during checkout otherwise contact us for this service.

  • Orders will be delivered on Friday through Sunday, between 8am-6pm. If you order on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, we will make our best efforts with our supplier to get you your order on Monday or Tuesday.

  • In order to keep prices low, and product at its freshest, we essentially operate as a drop-shipper. We have to take your orders, and submit them to our supplier to be then picked up and shipped/fulfilled by us, The Birdseed Express.

  • Pierce County is quite large, and we are a small operation. We simply cannot go that far currently. If you want to come to Pierce County and pick up product, contact us and we can figure something out.
